どうにか朝型

やっとのことで朝型に戻せました。
昼間はかなり暑くなってきましたが、気分もいいので買い物に。
その後、家に帰ってきてから、光化学スモッグ注意報が出ていた事実を知りました。
…まあ死にはしませんよ(；´ー`)y=~~

今日の晩御飯にほうれん草のおひたしが出たのですが、何とほうれん草が冷凍でした。
今はその方が安いらしいですが、野菜の価格はまだ長梅雨の影響を抜けていないのか…
何が腹が立つかと言うと、普段売れないから値引きしている冷凍野菜が今は定価になっているところです。
おいしくもないし、産地を含めて怪しい点だらけなので、できれば避けたいのですけれど。
